It’s apparent the Beach Boys are best to not reunite in song, nor should Maroon 5 cover their tunes. Rhianna and Cold Play aren’t a good combo, and Sir Paul is not Frank Sinatra on his worst Valentine’s Day.

Ok, back to reality on planet Earth.
As we’ve previously mentioned, the competition cooking class we’re taking is just a few weeks away. Although the plan was to hold off on practice cooks, we may find room for a brisket and some chicken testing before the class. Jeff is excited to try new injection and sauce combinations.
We’ll also need to get into the trailer, reorganize and stock up on things. The ugly drum smokers may like a fresh coat of paint…but that would make them ‘less ugly’, right??
